Founded by Jeff Bricker—a lifelong wrestler, respected coach, and a proud product of Pennsylvania’s storied wrestling tradition—Grappler Consulting is built on decades of hands-on experience and an unwavering passion for the sport.

Our consultants know what it takes—because they’ve lived it. They are elite wrestlers who have competed at the highest levels, trained under world-class coaches, and come from some of the most respected wrestling programs in the country. We bring battle-tested principles, proven techniques, and decades of experience to every athlete we mentor.

As demand for our services grows, we remain selective. Every wrestler is carefully vetted to ensure they’re the right fit for our program. We work with athletes who are ready to go all in—who train with purpose, embrace the grind, and are eager to learn from the best.
